In this article for The AI Journal, our founder Marat explores a shift that's easy to miss if you only look at the surface of e-commerce: how AI is quietly changing the industry from the inside out.

Most of the attention around AI in retail focuses on the visible, customer-facing side, the recommendations, the chat windows, the personalised storefronts.
