Why We Rebranded
When we first launched Cloud Retail, our mission was simple: to solve the operational headaches we’d faced firsthand running retail ourselves, disconnected systems, scaling pains, and endless integration challenges.
Over the years, our platform grew. We expanded into the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, partnered with leading retailers, and began exploring new opportunities across Africa, Asia, and other emerging markets.
As we looked at the road ahead, introducing advanced solutions in marketplaces, AI, and payments, it became clear we’d outgrown our original name.

The bold color palette, confident typography, and modular design language reflect the energy and movement of eCommerce, while our textures, halftone effects, and industrial photography bring a sense of authenticity and human touch.
Every element, from the Native Commerce mark to the Rebellious Orange accent, was designed to represent how we bring structure to complexity, and possibility to motion. The importance of balance is also present throughout, that we can be rebellious and challenge the status quo, but also trustworthy as we have lived and breathed retail ourselves.
It’s an identity built to grow with the industry, symbolizing the endless evolution of how products are sold, fulfilled, and experienced online.
