This update helps protect margins, support compliance requirements, and eliminate manual workarounds by ensuring selected items are never affected by site-wide promo codes or campaigns.
With flexible CMS-level controls and transparent cart messaging, businesses can run promotions with greater precision while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
Audkenni App Authentication
We’ve introduced a new secure authentication flow through the native Audkenni app, designed to create a faster and more reliable platform access experience.
By moving away from traditional SMS codes and passwords, the new app-based login system improves security, simplifies user entry, and creates a more seamless authentication process across the platform.
This update also introduces intelligent registration mapping logic, ensuring a more consistent and reliable user experience as the platform scales.
Products Grid Multirow
We’ve introduced a new product grid layout that adapts seamlessly across Web and App. Products are displayed in a consistent M-sized card format, optimized for clarity and usability across all devices.
On Web, the grid supports 4 rows, while the App layout is optimized for 3 rows, balancing product visibility and screen space. This improves discoverability and creates a cleaner, more consistent browsing experience across channels.
Segmentation Service
We’ve introduced a centralized system for grouping users and powering personalization across your platform. Define user segments once and use them everywhere, from frontend experiences to backend automation, without rebuilding targeting logic for each feature.
Segments are managed via API or automation pipelines, enabling dynamic assignment based on your data, CRM, or AI tools. Once assigned, all features instantly react to segment membership in real time, with no additional development needed.
Octobank Payment Integration
We’ve integrated Octobank to enable seamless local payment processing across Central Asia. Accept region-specific payment methods like Visa, Mastercard, Uzcard, and Humo directly at checkout, with no need for custom infrastructure. Payments are processed via Octobank’s API, with real-time syncing of transaction statuses back into the system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience and higher conversion rates.
EMU Express 3PL Integration
We’ve integrated EMU Express, a leading logistics provider in Uzbekistan, directly into the system. Orders are automatically routed for fulfillment based on your rules, with real-time syncing of shipment status, tracking, and delivery updates. This removes the need for manual coordination or custom integrations, while enabling fast, reliable last-mile delivery across the region.
Mandatory Serial Validation
We’ve introduced a new feature to prevent costly mix-ups at Pickup Points. With the Digital Passport system, Unit Loads (bags, pallets, or crates) now require scanning their unique serial number, generic SKU barcodes won’t work. This ensures every transport unit is fully traceable, eliminates wrong-bag handovers, and guarantees that shipments reach the right customer with zero errors.
Direct-to-Bin Precision
We’ve built a new feature to simplify warehouse operations. With Direct Put-away, inbound shipments go straight to their final shelf location, ensuring inventory is instantly accurate and ready for sale. By scanning the specific bin during receiving, workers combine receiving and placement into one seamless step, reducing handling, speeding operations, and making items pickable immediately.
Native Commerce x Intercom: AI Support
We’ve integrated Intercom’s Fin AI with Native Commerce to provide real-time, actionable support. From the start of a conversation, Fin can identify the customer, see their active orders, and take actions like checking order status, updating delivery details, or handling cancellations: all without switching to a human agent.
