With the Digital Passport system, Unit Loads (bags, pallets, or crates) now require scanning their unique serial number, generic SKU barcodes won’t work. This ensures every transport unit is fully traceable, eliminates wrong-bag handovers, and guarantees that shipments reach the right customer with zero errors.

Direct-to-Bin Precision

We’ve built a new feature to simplify warehouse operations. With Direct Put-away, inbound shipments go straight to their final shelf location, ensuring inventory is instantly accurate and ready for sale. By scanning the specific bin during receiving, workers combine receiving and placement into one seamless step, reducing handling, speeding operations, and making items pickable immediately.

Native Commerce x Intercom: AI Support

We’ve integrated Intercom’s Fin AI with Native Commerce to provide real-time, actionable support. From the start of a conversation, Fin can identify the customer, see their active orders, and take actions like checking order status, updating delivery details, or handling cancellations: all without switching to a human agent.
